Embroidery
Can I bring my own shirts or garments for embroidery?
Yes! You are welcome to supply your own garments. We also offer a selection of polos, t-shirts, hats, button-ups, hoodies, and other apparel that you can choose from.
What types of items can be embroidered?
We can embroider on polos, t-shirts, hats, button-ups, hoodies, jackets, bags, and many other fabric items. Contact us if you have a specific item in mind.
Do you digitize logos for embroidery?
Yes, we handle logo digitizing as part of our embroidery process. Please provide a high-resolution image of your logo and we’ll convert it for embroidery.
Sublimation
What products are available for sublimation?
We offer sublimation on tumblers, keychains, puzzles, blankets, mouse pads, and custom apparel. These make great gifts, promotional items, and memorabilia.
What files do I need to provide for sublimation?
We recommend high-resolution PNG or PDF files (at least 300 DPI). The higher the resolution, the better the print quality.
Direct to Film (DTF)
What is DTF printing?
Direct to Film (DTF) is a printing method that creates vibrant, full-color transfers that can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends. DTF prints are durable and long-lasting.
Can I order DTF prints only (without garments)?
Yes! We offer DTF print-only options. You can order transfers and apply them yourself using a heat press.
Laser Engraving
What materials can be laser engraved?
We engrave on wood, acrylic, and metal. Popular items include wooden and acrylic plaques, business cards (wood and metal), and custom signage.
Can I bring my own items for engraving?
Yes, laser engraving is primarily done on client-provided items, with the exception of our standard stock items like wooden plaques, acrylic plaques, and business cards.
Do I need to provide my own design?
You can upload your own design or logo. We accept high-resolution images in PNG, SVG, or PDF format.
